Why we need this information. There are numerous rules in both our Local 50 Bylaws and in the IAM Constitution that require us to contact you to inform you of upcoming votes or other activities. Some state specificly contact by USPS Mail. The latest changes in the IAM Constitution has started to embrace contact by electronic means such as email. Obviously email is more efficient and less costly then printing and mailing letters to the membership. This data will be contained in a secure database and used only for the official IAM business.
